Beloved, do not be deceived. Satan has led many astray, making them doubt the existence of heaven and hell.
But God's Word is clear: both are real. Jesus Himself warned us about the reality of hell, saying, "Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell" (Matthew 10:28).
In Luke 16:19-30, Jesus teaches us about the rich man who was tormented in hell, while Lazarus, the poor beggar, was comforted in Abraham's bosom. This parable highlights the stark contrast between the eternal destinies of the righteous and the wicked.
Our choices have eternal consequences. As Proverbs 14:12 says, "There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death."
Let us choose to live according to God's will, that we may inherit eternal life and avoid the torment of hell. As Deuteronomy 30:19 says, "Choose life, so that you and your children may live."
May we heed the warning of Revelation 20:15, which says, "If anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire." Instead, may our names be written in the Lamb's Book of Life, and may we spend eternity in heaven with our Lord and Savior.
May God bless you and keep you. May His Word be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path. Amen.
Please don't forget to share to bless others.
