Divine Speed is God Given Speed.
It is the kind of speed that God gives to someone that is on
a divine assignment that is time bound.
Do you truly want speed in life? Listen to me, you cannot be
said to be over speeding when Divine
speed is in place. Why? God does not want us to waste time in any given
assignment or project.
2 Kings 2 reveals the story of a man who
understood the need & meaning of Divine speed in getting things done. I am
talking about Elisha. Elisha never gave up in following Elijah even though
attempt was made to slow him down. He actually needed Divine speed &
anointing to accomplish the assignment ahead of him.
Before Elijah was taken away from him, he requested for the
double spirit of Elijah. He eventually got it because he saw both Elijah &
God who is the giver…
2 Kings 2:9-10: And it came to pass, when they
were gone over, that Elijah said unto Elisha, Ask what I shall do for thee,
before I be taken away from thee. And Elisha said, I pray thee, let a double
portion of thy spirit be upon me. And he said, Thou hast asked a hard thing:
nevertheless, if thou see me when I am taken from thee, it shall be so unto
thee; but if not, it shall not be so.
Hear This: To look up to man is to continue to
experience the hard part of life but to look up to God is to get things done
with ease.
Beloved, the double portion of God’s anointing
is needed for Divine Speed. This was the double portion that Elisha received
that enabled him to experience double of Elijah’s achievements.
PRAY THIS: Father, grant me your
double portion of anointing for Divine speed in purpose fulfillment.
Finally, don’t ask for Divine speed at the
detriment of your soul. As a matter or urgency, you need to surrender your life
to Jesus first if you haven’t done so.
In fact, your first experience of Speed is to speedily
surrender your life to Jesus.
Always Remember This: “When Jesus is involved in your Life & Destiny, Divine Speed is inevitable”.
Congratulations! No more delay…
God bless you for reading.
Please don't forget to share to bless others. Amen!!!
